Gate Fest started in 2005 as Wicked Brew Music Festival, organized by Ray Fielder, and has takes place in August every year at different locations year. It is an Acoustic Festival with a large number acts from all parts of Kent playing all forms of acoustic music including folk, country, and blues
It has had a new home for the last 3 years, at the Gate Inn, Marshside and is held over 3 days of August Bank Holiday on 23rd, 24th and 25th. The pub is an idyllic, rural setting close to Canterbury and Thanet.
A delightful venue with, 2 stages of music, good, reasonably priced food, real ales, ciders etc. Bring the family.
