Gatwick Taxi

i used several cabs before, comparing others honestly this company fare is very low . within 4 min, I got a cab from gatwick airport, after i made a booking through phone . friendly driver with nice mercedes , safe journey. surely i will use tis cab again.

I am giving it a 2 versus a 1 as the ride from the airport to the hotel we stayed in was prompt and fairly priced. Lower than Uber. However the Taxi driver convinced us to stick with them for the ride back to the airport in the morning for our 6:00 AM flight... We provided all our info and was told someone would be there at 4:30 AM. Nobody ever showed up forcing us to use the shuttle and almost miss our flight.

Good cabs with decent fare
I booked a cab for a drop off at heathrow and asked for a 8pm pick up as my flight was at 11pm. Representative on the phone suggested me to board the cab 30 mins earlier due to traffic and it reallt worked. It was heavy traffic and driver managed to drop on time and i really appreciate their advice on the pick up time. Great customer service.

First time in london. Booked a taxi with a return journey and it was affordable and decent service.

Brilliant customer service
It was albert i spoke with from the customer service. I'm from nigeria and booked a cab for 12 passengers and 6 luggage's. He was at his best suggesting cabs for me and also the best route to reach my hotel from Luton airport and i thought the fare was expensive but i realised it was convincing due to heavy traffic and the distance covered.

Would love to know how they have a 4 star ratings. Only reason I gave them a star is so I could leave this review

Operator didn't understand the phonetic alphabet, didn't have a clue how to use their own system.

Booked way in advance stood around waiting for ages. Called them to see what had happened and they fed me a story about how the cab driver had broken down?! Not good enough you had time to prepare.

Been in another cab now for 42 mins and I've only just received a call from the driver. Deffo would recommend to avoid using at all costs!

Asked for a pick up from Gatwick Airport expecting they'd be able to do that given their name, I was told the car would be there in 10 minutes then 25 minutes later had a call saying 'I'll be there in an hour, is that okay?' He was the surprised when I replied saying 'Absolutely not okay'. Called an Uber which arrived in 10 minutes, shame this cab company was so bad as I do agree Uber is squashing the competition but when things like this happen, it's easy to see why.

Unreliable, Disaster, Devastating Service

Booked a ASAP Taxi from Gatwick as Passenger was landed. Requested that needs ASAP. They told me 5-10 Mins. But tried to call several times, No one answerd for about 1 hour (intentianlly). Very Unpleasant. Terrible. Will never ever use this service.

My taxi driver was on time and he also was a nice and a helpful person, who has help me but the luggage in the car and also offering some water. The car was kept nice and tidy and he was driving safely which made me even more happier. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
