Gazelle is an independent firm at the forefront of providing specialist corporate finance advice to pension trustees. The firm was founded in 1996 and historically advised major corporates on M& A transactions and debt restructuring. A separate vehicle Gazelle MT LLP was formed in 2012 to hold and commercialise the intellectual property rights for this development. Gazelle retains a license to use MT, where appropriate, to enable it to deliver specialist corporate finance advice to pension trustees within an integrated quantitative framework.
Mousetrap is a significant market development with wide application including pension scheme valuations, transactions, changes in covenant support structure and investment policy.
