A reminder why roll bars are essential when using a mx5 on the road or track, the bar fitted was a Gc2 and it goes to show why we make our roll bars from MSA specified CDS tube.

Another job we have finished off recently, a full tig welded cage complete with tubbed arches and a strengthened flat floor with new floor pan rails.

Recently we have also fabricated our first bolt in full cage for a Mk7 fiesta ST. These will be available on our website shortly as well as a rear cage for Mk7 fiestas.

We are finally catching up, this lot is being taken to the powder coaters tomorrow and outstanding orders are being collected. We would like to apologise to anyone who has experienced a delay on their order being processed.

We are working hard to make sure there's no down time or delay when moving workshop, the last few weeks we have been working hard making 20 of every product we manufacture. This should cover orders and the remaining will be stock.

Exciting things happening at GCFabrications, we have out grown our workshop so we are moving to a bigger workshop on the same site. As ever we are not doing things by half so it will include toilets and underfloor heating because engineers get cold feet too! :)

We would like to wish everybody a very happy new year, this forthcoming year we are looking forward to moving into the unit next door which is bigger to accommodate our new product range. We will also be working hard to keep stock of all products ready for next day delivery, and as ever we will be striving to develop new products that are great quality and competitively priced.

Here's a picture of our GCF3 full cage, the trim can still be fitted, however the customer wanted it stripped as it's a full time track car.

This week was a busy one, we made a full bolt in cage plus lost of orders ready to send out as Christmas presents.

George was happy with his GCR1 and door bars, he fitted them just in time for a track day.
