GCS are very proud to have raised £6196 for Loganberry Trust in the last year. Loganberry does great work raising awareness and promoting Prostate Cancer Screening for men. The charity was founded by our very own Kevin Logan, who very sadly passed away during his treatment 18 months ago. His widow Viv is continuing to run the charity in his memory and we hope that this donation will help in some way to improve treatment and survival rates.

We are holding a careers in recruitment open evening on the 16th of May to give you the chance to network with like-minded job seekers and find out what a career in recruitment at GCS can offer you. You can register by clicking through to the event!

WHAT TO EXPECT This event will provide you with a great opportunity to network with other like-minded job seekers also looking to find out more about a career in recruitment. In addition to this, it will give you a platform to enhance your communication skills, share stories with other jobseekers and understand exactly what we can offer you.
The second part of the evening will feature a ‘speed-dating’ style interview session with GCS’ Senior Management team. Each person is ...given 10 minutes to impress before the gong is banged, and you will then need to move onto the next person. All of this in one evening, in an informal setting so less chance of your typical ‘interview nerves’.
HOW IT WORKS GCS’ Head of International Sales Development will deliver a short presentation on everything you need to know about GCS, what we look for in the perfect candidate, what a career in recruitment means and where it can take you in terms of future career development. The presentation will feature case studies and testimonials from current members of staff, showing you exactly what is possible if you work hard. Our Senior Talent Acquisition Team will also be delivering a masterclass how to conduct yourself in an interview, from that first handshake, to body language and answering interview questions in the correct way.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER Before we all part ways, we will ask you if you are interested in pursuing a career at GCS. If you would, we will get back in touch the following day to talk the opportunity through in further depth and schedule a time for you to come back in for a more formal interview.
