STORAGE
For those who don't know we have a storage policy in place. There is 10 working days from notification to pay for rugs, thereafter £3.50 per RUG per WEEK will be added to the bill until collection. We can take a card payment over the phone (via the mobile) or bacs details can be given out on request. This also stands for rugs to be delivered.
... Rugs paid for will be stored free of charge.
DELIVERY
We continue to offer FREE collections and deliveries however rugs being delivered must be paid for PRIOR to delivery if paying by card (via the mobile) or by cleared bacs payment. Assured cash payment on delivery is also accepted although if on the day payment has not been received NO rugs will be left and a £5 charge will be added for the return journey.
