Yep I agree with the other good reviews. Didn't know what to expect but it was absolutely lovely. Very good service, fab food and good value for money. Will definitely be back.

What a great restaurant. Visited here this evening with friends. We had the set menu of 5 cold Mezze, 2 hot Mezze, main and dessert.

All of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend.

We had a great time celebrating our staff Christmas meal at gem of Kent! Food was excellent and the service was great! I will be definitely recommending my friend and family and definitely visiting again.

We celebrated Eid yesterday and decided to go to Gem of Kent as our family get together.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the food .

Everything we ordered was of a high standard and beautifully cooked and served and very good value for money.

will definitely be going there again on family occasions. Would highly recommend it.

They also so Shisha which is excellent because that adds an eastern feel to your meal .

This place is brilliant, anyone that reviewed it badly must be mental. I’ve been here 3 times and had the set menu C, foods amazing, great selection and they’re so good with the free flowing drink! Deffo upgrade to the prosecco, best bottomless brunch style I’ve been too. Only complaint was I was too drunk to remember the dessert ��

There was a group of 13 of us! We had a brilliant time! The food was amazing! and menu c with the drinks was a brilliant deal! Would definitely go back!

Really good. Nice staff, good wine & the food was awesome! Loads of it too....left totally stuffed. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend

If you have not been, you need to try it. Lovely food & plenty of it. Staff work very hard to look after you throughout your visit. Only downside, tables are packed in quite tightly, as there are a lots of tables, there is unfortunately a lot lot of background noise. Did not spoil our friends birthday meal.

First visit and was hopeful it would live up to the great reviews. No worries. Food was excellent and service was good, especially given how busy the restaurant was. Also very good value for money and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Will definitely visit again. �

Fabulous authentic Turkish restaurant. Huge portions of delicious food from a very varied menu. Great atmosphere , efficient friendly and discreet staff. Great prices too. Definately recommend

Dropped in after a day of shopping and was very impressed! Food was very tasty, staff were warm and welcoming and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Lovely little place!

Came here with 3 friends yesterday lunch time - had an excellent meal ( we had set meal for two) service very good and food lovely - will be going again in the new year for an evening meal - would recommend

3rd visit to the Gem of Kent, excellent food, one of the best restaurants in Maidstone, Great atmosphere and service to match, can't wait to return

Superb food, great atmosphere, the only reason I haven't given 5 stars was the service was a bit slow once we got our food, couldn't get their attention and no one came to ask if we needed anything, that said it was banged out so maybe just too busy. I would definitely recommend and will be going back.

I came here with family to celebrate Eid. Have been to many Turkish restaurants in London and enjoy Turkish food very much. Was impressed to find such a lovely place here in Maidstone especially with my high standards. Food was amazing and fresh desert was even better!!! Will definitely go again

Was in the restaurant for over three hours, saw a waiter twice, once for drinks, once to order. Took an hour or so for food to come. No one came to get us more drinks, no one came to offer us dessert menu, no one came with the bill - had to flag someone down which took four attempts. A very dry night. Average food. Not impressed. Won't be rushing to return....
