Once again i had a customer yesterday who I' could not clean her carpet due to the fact it was a Wilton type . Wilton carpets have a high risk of shrinkage when being cleaned. As is often the case she was not told this when she bought the carpet. Lesson to anyone thinking of buying a Wilton carpet
