The service that my friend and I received today (11:15am approx) was nothing short of disgraceful. I had had my eye on a pair of wedges that I'd seen online, took a flight to London yesterday and decided to spend the day with my friend in Brentwood. We walked into the shop and were

not greeted at all which we found strange as there was nobody else in the shop. I found the wedges and asked the sales assistant if they were in my size to which I stood and waited in an awkward silence while the sales assistant took her time to turn around and even acknowledge my question. Eventually she said she didn't know. So I asked if she could check. She came back and said she didn't have them which was fine. We thanked her as we left and said goodbye. We didn't receive a reply so I did turn around and tell her that "you're welcome" was the words she was looking for.



Really disappointing from what I thought would be a welcoming, helpful shop.

visited this boutique just before xmas and was served by Mandy who was very helpful and friendly, on the downside the items r very over priced and of market quality, so after finding out our purchase of a poncho was massively over priced at £120 we then contacted the shop and lengthy discussions and numerous attempts to get answers as to why we eventually got a £ 40 refund which took the poncho to £80 which is still over priced for the quality.,HI aowever in trying to make contact with the shop , Gemma Collins interjected and accused me of being rude to her staff.II also purchased a mens fragrance which I paid £20 for which u can buy in savers at £4.99 overall the shop is very overpriced for market quality clothes

Went into the shop today with the disabled girl I work for and Gemma refused to have a picture with her as she hadn't done her make up! Well the girl is in a wheelchair and can't talk the only way she communicates is through pictures so thank you very much for not having your picture taken with her when I even told you it was for her mum and it wouldn't go on facebook as we are not allowed to put pictures of her on facebook! Arrogant and rude and definitely lost our business from now on! I will say that Gemma's mum waved through the window and the shop assistant was quite nice was going to buy some fake tan but so glad we didn't!

Ordered the Gina dress, when I tried it on I noticed large areas of sequins missing. Returned the dress but still no refund. I've tried phoning the number on the website but it's never picked up, all emails are ignored and no-one is replying to me on Instagram. This was my 1st order and I'm absolutely disgusted in their customer service. I want my £95 back!! Avoid at all costs ladies, clothes are awful quality for the cost and customer service is shocking!!!
