... Outstanding orders- All outstanding orders are either on time or a little behind due to the kids hols. ALL first day at school Frame orders made before the 2nd week of Aug WILL get to you before the 1st sept as promised.
Christmas- If you’d like to order our bespoke reindeer families or frames I have a handful of spaces left. We are not taking anymore orders for Christmas Eve boxes but my lovely friend Georgie Jones over at Wood Again has some slots left.

I’ve reported a problem to Facebook, I can see I have inbox messages but I can’t seem to open them or even see who they are from so I do apologise I am not ignoring anyone! It’s not my phone as I’m having the same problem via my desktop.
... All website orders are up to date, more being shipped this week. I do still have order slots for first Day Frames. Christmas 2018 slots are pretty much all full except for 15 slots from Oct-Dec. All invoices for discussed orders/ agreed designs have been sent except for 2.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue and I’m hoping Facebook will resolve it very soon!
