We were Looking for somewhere to take our son who is at Uni in High Wycombe. Great Sunday dinner, big portions, fairly priced and great service. Well done. We will definitely come again!

We went with family for a birthday lunch and the food was fantastic, had Sunday lunch and the lamb I had was perfectly cooked, they even catered for a special diet that one of our party had.

Stumbled across this great pub with its wartime memorabilia after a day out fox hunting.we were served the most delicious fayre by a somewhat camp waiter who poured the most perfect pint I've ever seen. I've ordered my niece to marry him.

Called in for Sunday lunch wow just like my nan used to make highly recommended a special mention to the barmaid on duty on her own under pressure but kept smiling and grt service ales well kept too what more could you ask for

After living here for 9 years and driving passed pub on numerous occasions finally went in last night - what a lovely pub - definitely won't be leaving it another 9 years before we go again !!

slightly more expensive but worth it as there is no trouble. free from the usual mix of gangster wannabes and chavs you find in central wycombe, no crappy urban music. dogs welcome, heated smoking area, friendly locals, pretty bar staff

Looking for somewhere to take my parents for Sunday lunch, they are very traditional. Pub was extremely busy, they had to politely turn people away, but staff were friendly and while we had to wait a while for the food I could not complain. Food was lovely, reasonably priced and plenty of it. The lamb shank was fab! Will definitely visit again

I love it here but you don't get a five as I'm not behind the bar love ya x
