A wedding day brings joy to so many people, not only the bride and groom but friends and family too. ✨
A mother plays a big role on her daughters wedding day, they want to ensure everything runs smoothly, the flowers arrive on time, the cake has arrived at the venue and most importantly that their daughter is relaxed and enjoying every step of her big day. ✨
... My mother was force feeding me crumpets and telling me to slow down on the Prosecco, ‘it’s only 1000 Genevieve, you don’t get married for another 4hours!’🙈😂
Mothers want to look their best too, as we mature our makeup style needs to adapt, blush and lipstick increase but foundation and concealer decrease. Eyebrows are a huge game changer as women tend to have less hair or become more fair as they age, so adding colour and shape can shave years off! ✨

Anyone who knows me knows that for me, I never found a wedding dress I loved. The dress I chose for my big day got stuck in another country two weeks before my big day so I had to go out and buy an emergency dress! ANYWAY, should I be doing it all again ( no plans to @richieturle I quite like you). I would definitely be trying on this beautiful number from @lulubrownsbridal . I love the crochet pattern, the neckline EVERYTHING!

I have always wanted a lesson in how to do my make up, having wandered aimlessly through make up aisles over the years, looking at different products, I never knew quite where to start or what I needed.

I took the plunge and booked a lesson with Geneiveve and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I finally feel like I understand what I can do to create the looks I want all starting with a good base. I’m confident at being able to create it myself after tutorial from Geneiveve and she gave me a little push to try something new!

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lesson for something specific or just fancies trying a new look.

I had my lashes lifted last night with Gen and they’re fantastic. It took about 45 minutes, laying on the couch whilst Gen worked her magic. The process is comfortable, with some initial tingling. Afterwards I did have the urge to give my eyes a real good rub but I resisted and after about 5 minutes it all felt 100% normal. I contacted Gen to do my make up for a christening. I had seen her page and liked how she enhances features keeping it quite natural at the same time. Gen asked if what I usually use on my face, if I have any allergies etc. I suffer with mild rosea on my cheeks which Gen covered well. Was a very relaxing environment and Gen talked me through the different stages as she worked. I was really pleased with the outcome she used colours on my eyes I would not have thought to use. My make up lasted all day and still looked fresh after a full day and night out. I would recommend Gen to anyone not only for the glam up but also for advice on your normal make up routine.

Genevieve did the make up for 8 bridesmaids, who all had different skin tones and face shapes and she made us all look and feel amazing. The pictures from the day were fantastic too which was remarkable! Thank you so much Genevieve!

Genevieve did my bridesmaid make up for a best friend’s wedding and she was so attentive. She listened to what I wanted while also imparting her expert opinion. I felt pampered while she worked, and totally loved the results! I wish she could do my make up everyday! Thanks Gen!

Gen lifted my lashes and dyed my eyebrows yesterday and has done a great job. I'm delighted with the effect and it's lovely not to have to put mascara on! Gen was very professional and I'd happily recommend her to anyone!!
