resort world is one of the best place to go for shops, restaurants, and casino we love it there all staff there are friendly and polite

Warm welcome, lovely room with lakeside view, complimentary minibar was a nice addition and the glass of complimentary prosseco. One of the best nights sleep we have ever had a hotel bed was lush. Will be back 😍

Very friendly, helpful staff which started out stay off really well. The room was spacious and very clean. A comfortable night's sleep followed by a great breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed on third floor for one night as a treat to ourselves.



The room was lovely, nice toiletries and beverages included too.



All the staff were fabulous but the young guy on reception, Beau, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly..



We enjoyed a leisurely mooch round the shops, followed by pizza express and a few hours in the sun on Sky Bars outside area.

Quick change and then to World Bar where there was a great band playing. Quick look on the casino but we were underwhelmed with that do back to Sky Bar where a singer was performing. Lovely atmosphere in both the bars with people dancing and singing and generally having a great time.



We thought the hotels complimentary drinks were a nice touch but we are unable to comment on the breakfast as we didn’t get up in time � surely the sign of a great night!!!

Stayed last night on 3rd floor....Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful service and staff. I am planning on returning and trying out the spa. Thanks to all involved for a lovely stay �

Stayed for a conference. Great price. Amazing service. Beautiful rooms. Very comfy bed. Pool / spa area is fantastic with outdoor jacuzzi on 2nd floor, with views over the lake - stunning. My only gripes were: you had to pay extra to hire robes for the spa.... minibar in standard room was not stocked.... no teaspoons to stir your tea! You can tell how good the experience was, if these are the only negatives I could find!!!

Special birthday treat , stayed in the Petronas suite, spa treatment & evening in the world bar & sky bar..room was amazing, spa was amazing, everyone made us feel welcome.. thanks to everyone at genting hotel & spa.

Never stayed here, but staff very helpful. I booked a room for today and we had a medical emergency with my mother in law. Spend the day in A&E with her. Called the hotel up to explain we wouldn’t be attending and to give our room away. They responded with they won’t charge us ( even tho it was a 24h cancellation policy and the money would be taken off our card). We can’t thank you enough for your good will gesture and to make sure my mother in law was ok is so nice. We will be 100% booking this hotel next year for Crufts. Thank you for your compassion x

Lovely room on 3rd floor for a cheeky night away for me and the wife. Check in was very friendly and welcoming, when the receptionist found out it was the 29th Anniversary of me and the wife meeting we were given complimentary cava. Bar staff friendly in the ground floor lobby, very good service. We are in the pizza in pizza express which was forgettable to say the least, night at the cinema was as good as expected finished of with a couple of hours in the casino where we doubled our starting stake. Great evening and night.

Excellent 4/5 � hotel. Staff ALL excellent, bars and restaurants were all lovely, as was the food and service. Breakfast was perfect, as was our room.

Room service took an hour and 30 mins to arrive so we cancelled it and the smoke alarm went off at 06.50, struggled to get an answer on the telephone when ringing before our stay but despite these small niggles we had a brilliant time x

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s one of my favourite hotels to stay in in Britain. Just finished my second stay and have already booked my 3rd. Service, cleanliness and enjoyability is all superb. The only thing I wish is that it was a little further away from home to make more of a trip of it! Superb again!

Had a lovely time. Took the children to shop for holiday clothes so booked to stay the night. The hotel staff were really friendly. We were given the Peninsular as a room. We loved the space. Shopping brought us some bargains but the main hit was the virtual reality rides. My children had a fab time. And they loved the hotel. Just a great weekend. We’ll be back. 😊😊

What a bad service. Never never come back here again. They cheat me with prices. One night pay 470 pound?!?!?! ���� and dont want refund my money back. Go fuck your self. Unfortunately can i give 1 star. Actually deserve no star.

This is just a review of the sports bar not the hotel. The whole casino experience was grim. It’s full of mostly 70+ year olds plunging small coins in the slot machines. We just wanted a beer, but were subjected to questions and a search before being allowed in the sports bar. The bar it’ Self was terminally grim, too bright and at 20:on a Thursday night we were the only people in there. I felt isolated and unomftable. It was horrible, I can’t see me ever going back there. To cap,it off £15.00 charges for over an hour of parking is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. there are places within a few miles that are fantastic. Sorry to use these words but this place is absolutely Shit. Avoid at all costs!
