The best thought out range of kids 'stuff' and shoes in town, my only regret is that EVERYTHING does not come in my grown up size and that I leave with a bag full of treasures every time I visit!! If you haven't been you need to...

Just bought my son some school shoes from this shop, excellent service and son is very happy with his purchase.

I cannot recommend Gently Elephant enough. We recently had a fault issue with some shoes we bought (not their fault but fault of Bobux) and Helen who runs the shop could not have been more wonderful - replacing the shoes quickly and efficiently with no hassle or quibbles. She was a joy to deal with. Their range is great and the service second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else for shoes and they have a lovely selection of toys and clothes too.

Great range of shoes and cool clothes and gifts. Fantastic service from Barnaby and Catherine. Bought shoes (half price in the sale), a super T-shirt, beautiful knitted soft toy and a great Xmas present (yes already!). Will be back for autumn shoes :)
