Taking up residency from the 18th-22nd at the Green Yard Restaurant in the Royal Enclosure Gardens, guests will enjoy a four-course menu, drawing upon Simon’s ethos of using the perfect ingredient and will feature the likes of ‘Short Rib of Beef, Pickled Mushrooms, Confit Potatoes and Watercress’ 🌿
