Be careful with 'health' drinks, juices, smoothies or shakes. Most of the time they have added syrups and concentrates to make them taste nicer.

Hey Guys,
My classes will officially begin
Monday 26th of March 7pm-8pm
... These are 1 hour classes that will, most importantly, improve your cardiovascular fitness
AND
Target fat loss whilst simultaneously sculpting and toning your body.
The last 15 minutes of the class will be dedicated to deep stretching.
My classes cater to all levels of fitness and all ages as there will be alternative exercises for beginners and more challenging exercises for the experienced.
Each class will cost £4.00 and your seventh class will be free !
You will only need to bring a towel and a water bottle.
Let's start our fitness journey together.

Gonna start roughly counting my calories from now, 😦😦😦😦 summer is coming soon !
Counting calories or roughly knowing how much you're consuming allows you to keep track of fat loss, weight gain or maintenance so you can reach your goals efficiently.
I usually just do more cardio so I can eat more because I can't say no to chocolate 🙈🙈

You don't have to go through such 'extreme' measures (well in my eyes lol) in order to achieve fat loss.
The most important factor in fat loss is maintaining a slight caloric deficit. In other words, burning more energy than you consume. ... Flexible dieting allows you to still consume the foods you love whilst losing fat. If you want to learn more send me a message !
I couldn't/wouldn't stick to that challenge unless I was paid to. Life is too short to punish yourself for not eating chocolate.
