Dynamic Currency Conversion: The International Opportunity
Overseas visitors spent £22.07 billion in the UK in 2015, an increase of 5% compared to 2014, and the number is expected to increase again this year.
Spend on international payment cards is booming in the UK as foreign travellers look for places to spend their money in hotels, attractions and retail outlets.
... With this boom comes a unique opportunity for you to expand your business to an international customer base.
Your international customers will bring their own payment cards, and offering them the option to pay in their home currency not only gives them a better experience as they will know exactly how much they are paying, but can provide you with an additional revenue stream too.
The Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) service, HomeCurrencyPay does just that through a simple selection on the card terminal when your customers pay for goods or service. Quickly converting Sterling to your customer’s currency before payment is taken.
Find out more about how HomeCurrencyPay can support your business and help you generate more revenue in our whitepaper.
