Being Italian, food is as important to me as the air we breathe. If I am not cooking food, I am either eating it or dreaming up the next dish I want to create. I love food and take great pleasure sharing my plates with other people.

My passion for cooking has been passed down to me from my mother’s family. Ever since I was a child I have loved being in the kitchen, initially starting off making gnocchi and fettuccine with my grandmother, and later creating sauces, suppli (similar to arancini), risotto and a wide range of pasta dishes with my mother.
