Great experience from start to finish. Expert advice to assist with ebike selection, support and flexibility to accommodate bespoke requirements in addition to bike purchase. Friendly team. On top of this Giant Leamington is an independently owned store; therefore deserves all the praise and local support.

The guys in the shop are knowledgeable, helpful and really care about the service they provide, and the product you may buy from them - I say that as there is no 'hard sell'.

I am just coming back to cycling and I found Billy and Graham to share a real interest in getting me fitted to the right bike. They clearly love cycling and this is evident from their depth of knowledge, personal experience and the product they are selling.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else and nor would I think of going anywhere for my cycling needs.

Really friendly service, quick to find what you need. Popped in for some new inner tubes and within a minute they found exactly what I needed and even offered to bin the old tube I brought in as reference.
They also offer great service and discounts to us deliveroo riders as we often need our bikes fixed asap to get back on the road working again.

Edit: taken two bikes here for being serviced and both times Giant have been as quick as possible and extremely good value. Would recommend. the staff are passionate for all types of cycling and are very friendly to customers.

We went into to buy some carbon soled road shoes for two people. Spoke to Johnny who tried various makes and sizes with us. There were some good Bont shoes which were a good buy for full carbon but both decided on Fizik shoes composite carbon which feel really comfortable and looking forward to trying them out. Service was excellent, no rushing or impatience although we had half the stock room out to try on!

I like the fact these guys focus on one manufacturer, which is possible given the Giant and Liv ranges are clearly more than comprehensive enough to cover most needs. So far having bought a Liv bike for my daughter, had servicing done and bought other bits and pieces the experience has been superb. Well done!

I popped in for advice on a new bike for me to get back into riding again. I was completely unsure on what I wanted, what would best suit my needs and what I wanted to get out of riding again.
I instantly felt at ease talking to Johnny, he talked me through all my options, what he thought would suit me and not once pressured me into buying something there and then. I left feeling I had gained all the information that I needed to choose the right bike for me.
Once I had decided, I was invited back to get measured up, which was a great experience, ordered my bike and I was sorted. Couldn't have been easier. On the day my bike was ready, I wanted to get the right kit to get me going, so Ben ran through my choices of shoes and helmets and once again, no pressure was put on me to buy the most expensive stuff in there.
I got fitted to my bike, got dialled in and I was ready to go. Happy doesn't even come close to how I was feeling.
The overall experience has been fantastic, they have gained a customer for life, and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Giant Leamington. They even make a half decent cup of coffee....

Great shop great people after lots of visits and great advice I bought a Propel at the weekend rode it on a short 20 mile blast tonight dark wet...... and blew 15 minutes off my normal time absolutely stunned it is fab

Visited several times over the past couple of weeks and each time left in awe of the amazing attitude, approachability and amazing customer services demonstrated by every single member of staff in there - their addictive passion for everything bike is plain to see. I will most certainly be visiting again... very soon....and again and again. I would recommend anybody that wants to talk bike/buy bike/fix bike do the same. Seriously puts everywhere else to shame - thank you guys!
