Excellent service from Ryan at the Blackburn store. Answered all questions I asked and knew his stuff. A pleasure to deal with and will definitely return for any other cycle related buys. Highly recommended trip for anyone wanting a Giant bike!

Ryan and the other staff that I got to speak to at the Blackburn store could not have been more helpful. Very friendly staff and a pleasure to deal with. Bike arrived promptly too. I’ve yet to build and ride it but hopefully it will be enjoyed for many years to come :-)

Fantastic service. Bought a Giant TCX SLR2 for a race at last minute and the guys went the extra mile and got it ready in 24hrs. Will be back for my next giant... and I live in Glasgow! :)

Picked up my new Giant Liv bike today from the shop. Great service from James who went through everything about the bike. He also fitted some add on accessories whilst I waited. Great choice of Giant bikes in stock which made the purchase much easier. You get to see them in the flesh and not just online. I had visited other shops in the area and found that the service from this store to be 100%. I would definately recommend a visit especially for ladies looking to buy a bike because their choice of LIV bikes is excellent.

Had my car washed there for a great price and they did a really good job. I went inside and the overall customer service was brilliant. Staff knew their stuff and helped out a lot with my questions. Great looking showroom also. Definitely would recommend.

Great place, beautiful interior, amazing staff, very intelligent. Genuinely impressed by the speed and efficacy. The Staff have outstanding understanding of bicycles and stock. The coffee area is excellent, and if you need to clean your car they have a hand car wash also. Perfect bike store.

I was thinking of buying a new e-bike from this shop so I took my old bike in to have a spoke replaced. I was told it would take a week, have to send the bike to Burnley as it's electric. After eight days I had received no phone call so I phoned to see how things were doing. I was told that they don't have that spoke as it's a motorcycle spoke. (It's actually a typical Chinese e-bike spoke 12g). I was told that I would have to get the spoke myself and bring it to the shop. This I did.
I picked the bike up four days later. Job done.
But two light mounts were broken, leaving me with no mount for one light and a snapped mount with dangling light. The clip on rear light was left stretched on the handlebar.
Thanks Onyerbike, I don't think I'm buying a new one from you.
The owner did phone and apologized, asking for the bill for new light mounts, which is appreciated.

Had my bike serviced here. Great job done. Great Staff. Faultless.

Gave me good advice about repairing my bike. Changed the bike in the end anyway as it wouldn't have been cost effective

First time I've used On Yer Bike and wasn't particularly impressed. They seem to know their stuff but the customer service was poor. They twice never rang me back when they said they would.
I was given a price for a complete new front wheel and when it eventually showed up it had bent spokes and scratched rims. I understand that things go wrong and accepted their reason that it was due to a inter-branch communication breakdown, but then they had the balls (bear in mind I'd paid for the wheel) to ask me to me to pay again to have the 'new' wheel respoked! It looks like it's finally getting sorted but knocking a few quid off for my troubles would have been a welcome gesture.
Despite that I hope it's a one-off problem and would probably give them another chance.
