Very helpful staff and amazing service, would recommend 100%. I have tried at least 10 bikes in different shops but they were the only ones that really cared about what I was looking for! Thank you so much!

Couldn't ask for anything more. Exceptional customer service, and tailored-to-you advice. The staff here genuinely know their stuff and want to find what's right for you. I bought my bike about 5 weeks ago and I will continue to go back to this store, even though it's a little pricier than other places because I genuinely want to give them my business.

Only downside is they're very busy people, so there's sometimes a wait. I imagine that's what's provoked some of the bad reviews here, but I encourage people to phone ahead if they need something urgently or specific. If you do have to wait, the wait is worth it.

Cheers guys, I love my bike.

Matt and team are very helpful. I recently purchased a new bike through Cycle to Work and Matt was great (and very patient!) in tracking down the bike I wanted. Excellent aftercare too, and lots of useful hints and tips for sometimes bizarre requests! The Rutland Cycling loyalty scheme is a bonus and I seem to get rewards very frequently. Thanks guys!

Short story: staff that lie about pricings on the phone and lie about time taken for bike repairs (they took two weeks to fail to do a job they said would take one day before I took my bike back and gave it to another shop,) then are actively rude to customers who try to get information about the progress of repairs on their bike. Avoid this shop like the plague.

Long story: This shop provided without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to use. I phoned giant cycles asking for a replacement back wheel, tyre, inner tube and gears and they informed me that it would cost me £60, this would have been a bargain. However, when I arrived at the store they told me it would actually cost me over £100. I was annoyed, but as I am a student my bike is my only form of transport. I needed my bike back quickly and they promised to have it fixed by the next day, so I reluctantly agreed. They told me that they would phone me when the repairs were complete. However, after five days I had heard nothing from them, so I phoned them. They told me that they didn't have the parts they needed so they had ordered them, and it would be ready tomorrow. Five days later I phoned them again, and they trotted out the same excuse, quite clearly they had forgotten to order the parts, but they once again told me it would be ready tomorrow. I waited another five days and phoned them, and told them how frustrated I was that they had failed to fix my bike, it had been over two weeks and they had said it would take one day, and the woman I was on the phone with laughed at me in response. Clearly this shop does not care about keeping its promises or treating its customers in a remotely respectful manner. I took my bike back and took it to another shop, who fixed the problem in three days. In short, staff that lie to customers and are actively rude to their clients, avoid this shop like the plague.

Worst service: the seller guy was very rude as he told me that if I won't get a helmet I will go to the hospital with a brain damage and then I will remember his words. (I went today 8/10/2016 at 13:00) The website advertises cheaper models that they don't have and the accessories are very expensive.

Wanted to buy an entry level mountain bike. Shop had just one mountain bike for sale at £850. Aparently they were 'between seasons'. No giant bike for me.
