I had a great experience this week on the shop. Went there to look for some accessories for my new bike, and had the opportunity to talk with the owner for more than one hour. So nice and gentle, I am sure that his success on the business is a consequence of his attitude. I'd like to go back in the future, as I don't live in London.

Top staff and friendly service. Been in and out numerous times over the years and only had great experiences.
With my bike knowledge being minimal at times I've never felt uncomfortable asking about items or new options.

Great experience buying my new tri bike. Nick was polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in terms of service. Thanks for your help.

It can be quite daunting going into a bike shop when your not really sure about bikes. The staff made me totally at ease and are very knowledgeable. I brought a bike and when I rang up to ask about something they were so quick to help.
Thank you

Exceptional service. Very friendly, sorted out problems with the tricky aero brakes on a TT bike that had defeated another mechanic. Would definitely recommend

About to buy my first personal bike in London, though had few years of experience with cycling in Amsterdam. I needed update on the newer improvements since I last owned a bike 14 years ago and advice on sizes as my last bike was a foldable. Chris was very patient and helpful. They also offer 6months servicing. The prices are above my price range for now but for the quality of bikes and service they offer, definitely worth investing instead of the £400 scratched "news" other nearby shops sell.

I cannot really fault the experience at all. I arrived in completely clueless of bike maintenance and how to fold a giant halfway bike just given to me. A friendly, accessible service ... no charge for the service or information given on how to use the bike effectively. Bought some accessories for good measure though!!! thank you .. very happy bean.

I spent half a day here getting a bike fit and buying a Propel road bike and received excellent customer service. Nick, the owner, is very knowledgeable and was thorough with the bike fit and brings years of experience to the process, making it relaxed and informal but going into great detail when required.

They built up the bike I wanted there and then to my exact measurements, despite being very busy did so in half an hour. Whilst there I spent time watching the other staff deal with a lot of customers in a friendly and professional manner. Owen (I think the manager) was equally professional dealing with a puncture repair request or a new bike enquiry; giving the feeling no matter is too small for their equal attention.

Some bike shops can be intimidating (like some car garages) if you don't know your way around a bike, but I got the impression that all were treated with equal respect here.

Thoroughly recommended and I will certainly be returning for my bike needs in future, even though it's not my closest LBS.

Once you have purchased the bike.. that is the end of it.. their behaviour flipped from the moment I paid for my bike. The service is awful. The staff appears to be least bothered.

There are exceptions (two guys, one from the workshop, a disabled chap and another guy who works upstairs. the rest of the staff is a bit arrogant. I wanted to buy a pair of mudguards, I was told by the workshop guy that it is an extremely difficult job and can take hours to install. Its not rocket science. I went to cycle republic on oxford street and they installed these in 10 minutes and offered me a good price for the same pair of mudguards for my road bike. Oh by the way, I was not asking giant people to install them, they dont anyway, I was just asking them to lend me some space and they reacted like I was asking them for the store keys.

I would request Giant people to anonymously visit the store and see how the staff comes across. Appalling experience.

Bought various stuff here and also had a bike fit with Owen. Knowledgeable staff and good range of Giant road bikes in stock. Winning blend of big corporate and LBS in my opinion.

Phoned up LBS's in North London to see if anyone could help with setting up my new cleats/pedals/shoes as I have finally taken the plunge to go clipless.
I tried a few of the known Bike shops around North London and to be honest when calling Giant Camden I felt that Owen (who answered) gave me more confidence and enthusiasm on the phone than the other places I tried so I headed up the road to NW1.
Even though I did not purchase the shoes, pedals etc from the store, Owen was more than happy to set everything up for me and give me advice and tips so that I wouldn't struggle with a clipless setup as soon as I set off.
Whilst I was there I purchased a saddle that Owen also setup for me.
I have been to two Giant stores (the City/London Wall & Camden) and I can recommend them both. I don't ride a Giant bike but I've found the staff in both stores very helpful and knowledgeable even though I'm on my 23 year old beat up Trek!!
