Giant Store Chelmsford

I took my ladies bike into Giant for my child's seat to be fitted plus ask for advice with the appropriate safety hat for me and my daughter. Mike talked me through the options and I was given advice to how to put the child's hat on to avoid pinching her skin when clipping it together. I felt like Mike was genuinely listened to me and the service was brill. I'll defo recommend your shop & thanks for your help.

Recently reburbished giving a crisp, clean modern feel with staff that offer experienced service and advice.

Absolutely excellent. Went to find out more about their Giant Electric bikes.
The guy (Michael?) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and spent as much time as I needed explaining the bikes to me. Then let me try a couple out.
I really could not rate them any higher - I felt like I was a customer worthy of them spending some time and effort on (personal service) and they weren't pushy at all and even encouraged me to try out other bikes before I made up my mind.
I will be back!!

Wouldn't even give a star, made my bike even worse. All needed was gear correction and my bike now has more problems than it started with. My seat was perfect before they touched it and now it's the complete opposite. I think it's best you go to a reputable company in town rather than this place.

I've been buying bikes from these guys for years. All four kids and a girlfriends bikes and more. Think twice before you get a deal on the net. I love a deal on a thing like a phone case or sunglasses. But not when things go wrong?. They know what bikes to stock, and what the good ones are. Some bikes can be rubbish, some bikes can have the same name, but can be made in a different country. They sell good quality bikes that can be serviced as well as they can get the parts. And judging by their track record, they will always be there when things go wrong. They have been there since 1902.
I've also used them for straightening out my buckled wheel. They have always been helpful, even if I've needed advice. Great people, loads of experience in the team. Don't hesitate, just go there and meet them.
