Went to the Giant Bike store in Norwich today to look at getting back in to cycling. � The staff were very friendly and there was no pressure to buy which was a welcome change.

Went in today to pick up 2 bikes today , and what a great experience, Jake, AJ ,and Jacob were so helpful and their knowledge is brilliant, made the whole thing from entering the shop to leaving was very very good!!! Very pleased with the help I got when I went into store the other day. Very friendly staff, who gave me good simple to tips to help me to choose the bike that suits my needs.

Popped into the newly opened Giant store today , first thing first there is giant car park so no problem if you arrive by car , on going into the store there is a giant section of bikes and accessories and a true haven for bike lovers.

We were welcomed by Darren who turned out to be the owner of this fabulous store, he showed us around and answered all our enquiries on our intended purchase.

A nice personal touch was a free coffee and a warm welcome to this store.

If you are interested in bikes and passing through Norwich pop in and you will not be disappointed .

Very helpful liking the giant defy

Popped in to giant norwich today to have a look around some bikes. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for but the friendly staff did a really good job guiding me on what would suit me well.

They even let me sit on a few and see which one suited me best �

Ended up getting a Rapid 0. Very happy as I should get to work nice and fast now!

Popped in to collect a new headset this afternoon on the way home. What can I say, a massive sweet shop for me! Sam and the team have worked very hard setting up our new store, and their knowledge and passion of the product inside out, comes across instantly to new customers. After looking at the range of bikes, I'm sure my current Giant is now going to become 'my winter bike' I think that's what we all tell our others halfs isn't it? ���

Popped in and explained that I was looking to buy in 7 months or so and have 3 models of Giant in mind. Essentially at this stage I am just tire kicking and despite that the staff spent a considerable amount of time answering questions and talking me through the builds of the bikes. No pressure, knowledgeable and approachable, trying to convince my wife to let me buy sooner now.

Picked up my bike today after buying it last week with expert guidance on what to get but no pressure to buy! Bike ready to go all built with the added extras all set up.

First ride out and it's perfect- thanks very much.

Mr P took me to see the new bike store he had spotted very friendly and helpful team, he joked about the me seeing the liv area and buying a bike, l had picked up handlebar tape, thanks to AJ I put the tape back and two days later rode home on a fantastic liv bike, competitive price and all set up for my needs. Can now keep up with rest of the gang!!thank you.

I had been looking online and in shops for a bike with no luck so I decided to go to the new giant store in Norwich. The service I got was brilliant as the staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as giving good advice. They were also very patient as I had issues with my credit card. After that was sorted I left the store very pleased with my purchase (a giant talon) and also very happy with the great customer service I had received. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience at the new Giant store in Norwich. I hadn’t riden a bike in over 10 years so didnt know where to begin!



The staff all made me feel welcome and even though I had lots of questions they were all so knowledgeable and helpful.



The displays look stunning, parking was easy. I would also like to add a big thank you to Jake for his patience and understanding in answering all of my questions and more importantly helping me find my perfect bike!



I will be back again to buy some Christmas presents soon!

Having tried various other places I was blown away by the brilliant customer service today. Nothing was too much trouble. I went in with a pretty firm idea of what I wanted and left with something else because I was listened to. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Great help right from the start. Honoured a discount even though I missed the boat and a first class service throughout.

Ended up buying hopefully my lifelong road bike and exceptionally happy.

Being a mum of three, I went in to have a look around at a bike for me and maybe some christmas ideas for the little ones. All the staff were really good even with the kids in tow. Got mine sorted and should pick it up at the weekend. Plenty of choice for the kids too.

As a Giant owner and having experienced other Giant stores elsewhere in the country I was looking forward to visiting Giant Norwich. Well Giant didn't disappoint, a very friendly welcome, very knowledgable staff, excellent displays and a great layout mean navigating around the store is easy, no mixing of bikes here, everything is laid out logically. The advice from the staff was good and honest and I will definitely back come new bike time N+1 beckons I think
