Giant Store Radlett

Thoroughly recommend. I have tried many local cycle stores over the years and always been left wanting. They dealt with a warranty issue brilliantly. So much so I bought a new carbon Defy. Which has proved brilliant. I now have friends using them and they have been equally impressed with their service.

I received terrible service when i was buying a road bike the other day, i highly dislike the new staff and much preferred when louis, archie, joe and dave were there.
won't be visiting again any time in the near future.

Very friendly and helpful with lots of time for customers including novices to road cycling, like myself.

They suggested they re-position my break cables under the handlebar tape and the purchase of some really expensive tape.

Bike given back without the cables being repositioned, which was odd given it was their suggestion, but after a 2nd visit, perfect.

Really bad attitude, crap service, will not use again

Always excellent service, despite a 35 mile each way trip to the shop I will always be going back for them to deal with me issues I can't solve myself, will also service bikes with them, pre and post sales are really good even willing to replace the whole bike (Giant Propel 1 2017) when the fork had a paint chip from factory! Great team and great service

Paid £65 for break pad replacement and two new inner tubes. Break pads did not align evenly with wheel rim. Despite the fact that I mentioned my bike was in storage for nearly two years - chain was not oiled.
Questionable service.

The guy from the store helped fix my hydraulic brakes this morning even though they don't usually provide services at the weekend. Dropped my bike off and had a phone call to tell me the bike was fixed half an hour later. Upon collecting the chap in the shop took the time to explain what I had been doing wrong.

First class service. Would recommend highly!
