Giant Store Rutland

Very poor service. It looks like they don't know what teyre doing. I paid for servicing my giant TCR over 70 pounds. They just replaced a chain which is 12 pounds and set the gears and brakes which were fine. As a giant service they should know that in rear hub two pawls and a spring should be replaced every year which they didn't do. They just put some grease on it and thats it. Because of that my hub started slipping and when I was pedalling hard I fell of my bike. I replaced two pawls and everything is fine now. I can't say anything about the shop maybe it is alright but AVOID servicing in this place. They are expensive and useless next time I will replace my chain on my own and Ill save over 50 pounds. !!!!

went in to have a look at the shop and walked away with a fabulous deal on a new bike. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to help me make an informed choice, as well as adjusting my cleats as the were effecting my peddling stroke...

Not sure if the staff have been on a customer care course, if they have then 1 or 2 don't give a monkeys

The staff have fixed my battery assisted bike which was no mean feat considering the complexity of the thing. They have always been curtious, friendly and efficient and I will definitely visit again. Happy 2017 to you all. Many Thanks , Lee

Friendly staff who where most helpful finding gloves for my daughter. Willing to price match if you ask too.

Very poor communications, very poor service. They don't really seem to know what they are doing.

They also Tax Scottish customers an extra £30 on delivery so no free delivery if you live north of the border.

There is nothing to really recommend about Rutland Cycling.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend this store
