Giant Store Southampton

Went in to purchase a Giant Trance. Found the team very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them, and they all seemed to love bikes!

My wife decided to go from two bikes down to one - swapping out a DH bike and short travel trail bike for a 160mm trail muncher.
Having finally found a bike that best fit the bill (not an easy task in itself) she instantly fell in love with the Liv (Giant's women specific brand) Hail 1. It being a very niche product, I expected it be a bit of a nightmare trying to find one to check sizing with. This was not to be the case.
A quick message to the guys revealed that they had the model down in store. Result!
We dropped down a couple of days later and had a chat and a coffee with Micky, before signing on the dotted line.
3 days later and her bike was in store, built and with some small adjustments and modifications made as agreed with Micky previously.
In short: perfect communication, service and knowledge.
She had her first outing on it yesterday and absolutely loved it!

Just got back from Giant Southampton with an amazing new bike.
I was served by chris who helped choose the best bike and size suited to my style of riding and I am one happy customer.
I was surprised by the amount of stock the store had(not just giant products).
