Having decided to upgrade my bike and making the initial call for a bike fit, i was hooked purely on the telephone conversation i had with Nichola. Lots of questions so i immediately i new the knowledge and expertise was first class and they really did want to talk to me. I have not had customer service or care like this for a long time, not just from Nichola but all the staff. I came away with a bike perfect for me and didn't feel pressured at all, every members of staff wanted to do was get it right for me, so nothing was to much trouble (all my e-mails,questions and so on) My bike is fantastic and would recommend everyone to have a full bike fit before buying - its worth every penny and makes such a difference to your ride! I will be a returning customer for a long time. Thanks team

Great Service from the moment I entered the shop with helpful and not pushy sales then the follow up emails to keep me in the loop until the bike was ready. Very pleased with the bike.

Picked my Giant Defy Advanced 1 late last year and when I got it home the gears were so far out of adjustment it was embarrassing, with the chain catching on the front derailleur cage on almost half of the range of gears. Not what you expect when collecting a new bike, but it may be a one off.
Just been back this Saturday for the first service and a cable changed. I live about 35 miles away and said I would do some shopping and collect the bike as soon as it was done. 5 hours later I finally get the message that the bike was finished, only to find that when I get home the chain catches of the front cage ... again in the top three gears..... Poor poor service

Attended a Fix a Flat Workshop, very informative, well hosted and presented by Nicola. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Giant.

Buying a bike from this shop first class. However, when it came to first free service took it in 9.15am returned at 1.15pm bike not started staff member stated I should have stated I would like the service completed that day, I took bike home without service, I am a full time carer for my disabled Wife therefore everything needs to be planned. I would never use that shop again
