During a difficult period which included the Brexit vote, US elections then the usual down time for Xmas and new year, the team outperformed my expectations. Decided to sell our property with Gibbs as a result of my initial interactions with Jamie, the sales manager, who had a really refreshing approach and was more than happy to answer the numerous queries I had during the early stages of the transaction. We are very glad we did, having received excellent service from then on from the whole team at Ruislip Manor. We haven't felt any of the stereotypical frustrations, under pressure at any stage, and have always been responded to in a professional and timely manner. They had us a buyer for our property in just over a week, and coincidentally had the exact type of property we were looking for on their books, of which we have now progressed with after some sound advice from Rosie.
We have also decided to use the conveyancing company and mortgage advisors which the team at Gibbs work closely with and have encountered equally efficient service from both. We are definitely reaping the benefits of using their in house specialists. It has been as effortless and smooth as could be possible; so thank you to Jamie and the team!

The team at the Ruislip Manor office headed by Oliver Squires were fantastic. I found a place that I loved before I even put my place on the market. Oliver was able to get my existing property on the market quickly, and with his hard-working team arranged many viewings within days, securing me a buyer in just over a week!
Oliver was very reliable in passing communications between myself and my buyer/vendor, and was pro-active in chasing people up and contacting me whenever there were problems.

I recently sold a property with Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor. The transaction was dealt with in a very professional and personal manor. Rosie was excellent throughout the entire process, and always available to help.

This estate agent is not worth it if you don't put a property up with them they won't bother to put an offer forward for a purchase or help. They so desperate for my property to which I went with the best and made a lot of profit. Improve ur marketing.

Our initial buyer pulled out but with Steve, the manager, on the case and the work of Matt, Conor and George plus the other staff we resold quickly despite Brexit and managed to keep hold of the dream house we bought. Well I have finally sold my house in Ruislip thanks to Stephen Ryan and his team at Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor.

I had tried two other agents and the first of those found me three separate buyers. Unfortunately 2 were not vetted properly and I had to pull the plug.
Sandwiched between was a genuine buyer who simply had second thoughts after bringing her Mum to take a look.

Then I tried another agent who could not find any interested parties at all.

In frustration I turned back to Gibbs Gillespie through whom we had originally purchased the house in 2006.

No fuss and hiding his obvious disappointment to have been 3rd Choice, Stephen signed me up at favourable terms, arranged an open day or two and despite some hick ups, had my house sold in what now seems no time at all.

Stephen and all his staff all handled my calls and emails promptly and with professionalism and courtesy.

In hindsight, I should have gone with Gibbs Gillespie from the outset as they have once again proven why they are known as the best Estate Agents in the area.

I won't make the same mistake again and urge any prospective seller to think hard before looking beyond Gibbs Gillespie.
