Giddy Kippers Party And Play Centre

As the summer holidays draw to a close (and the parents breathe a sigh of relief!) we would like to wish all our kippers a very happy Autumn term.
If your little one is starting school next week, good luck to them (and you!). Share your 'first day in reception photo' with us here before next Friday and we'll give you a free after school play session!
Also, due to popular demand, we will be open this Monday from 10 to 5pm, our last Monday opening till October half term. Stay tuned for our Autumn calendar of events, lots of exciting things coming up...

Don't forget tomorrow is our SEND night. A night specifically intended for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. 6.30pm - 8pm. ┬Ż2 per child.

Like we said in our previous post, we've gone a bit World Cup crazy this summer and last nights game almost tipped us over the edge! To celebrate last nights win we're giving everybody FREE ENTRANCE tomorrow!! 10am - 7pm. Last entry strictly 5pm. Bringing Dad down today? We've got the world cup showing on our big screen all day and for every meal ordered for dad at the cafe we'll treat him to a free tea or coffee! Lazer Fazer is also open all day and if your dads anything like ours he'll absolutley love running round our arena!

We have just got settled home after my daughters 4th birthday party here! Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Hannah the host was amazing start to finish, she must only of been a young girl but her hospitality was spot on! The food was amazing and there was more than enough for all the kids. I would recommend this play area 110%! Thanks for making my daughters party special ’┐Į’┐Į

We had such a good party for MilaŌĆÖs 2nd Birthday. Was organised very well and the staff were really accommodating to all our needs. Would highly recommend the venue for a party ’┐Į ’┐Į thank you!!

We had a fantastic time today at Giddykippers for Elijahs fourth birthday party. Booking the party was really easy, and there were lots of different options available for the party.

Everything was done for us all I had to do was provide the cake and pass the parcel.

All the staff at giddykippers including michael the manager are very friendly and welcoming and happy to sort out an issues which arise.

The food was really nice and there was plenty.

The highlight of the day for us was Beth the party host - she is a credit to giddykippers, is so good with children and made sure every child had the best time. Nothing was too much for her.

Very impressed ­¤śü very friendly staff and great service with lovely food. Only paid ┬Ż3 on a Friday morning at 10am with a free brew and free juice for my child. Will be returning very soon ­¤ī¤

Took my 2 kids and my nephew down today, they loved it. Food is fab and the staff were great. Got the kids ice creams on the way out which they were v happy about in this heat. Lovely atmosphere, place was very clean. Will defo be going again soon.

My son attended stage door drama evening there last night , he had a great time really enjoyed it.The young man that was working was very helpful and polite thankyou Jack ’┐Į

My daughter has just been to stagedoor drama evening at giddys tonight and she really enjoyed it especially the laser bit, jack looked after them and was extremely helpful, polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this and their wonderful staff, thanks jack x x

My daughter had her birthday party here today and she absolutely loved it! Catherine was our host and she couldn't do enough for us, she was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and all the children loved her and had so much fun! Thank you!

Had my granddaughters birthday party here yesterday. The kids loved it.’┐Į Maddie our host was fabulous so welcoming and lovely. All the food plates were empty too. I always enjoy being at giddy kippers with the kids it's a fun family place to be. We go regular and get on with all the staff they're fab’┐Į’┐Į. Even one of the staff on her day off (angela) called in to say happy birthday to my granddaughter. Thanks to all we'll be back next week for toddler morning as usual xx’┐Į’┐Į

Had a great time only thing is if u have tall kids they have to duck food was good just need more variety of cakes for kids well worth a visit

Catherine Jackson is an absolute star! She just hosted my 6 year old daughters party and she was brilliant.

She made sure all the childrens' needs were catered for and assisted with all requests.

Booked a football party for my son's 5th birthday here and can honestly say it was brilliant and very reasonably priced too! All the kids had a fabulous time. The staff were very helpful from the initial booking query to the end of the party day. The staff made sure everything went smoothly and even assisted me with a surprise on the day. 100% recommend x

Been here today, the boys loved it as always. Angela who works there is incredible. Bundle of energy and is fantastic with all the children.

My kids love it and the staff are lovely just a shame the food we got on this day was awful and waited for 45mins... this would not stop us coming back though we will just order cold food so there's no disappointment when it comes.

First time at kiddy kippers today. Unfortunately had a bad experience my children was enjoying the play area when my son accidentally wet his pants while in the bathroom after asking the staff if they had any spare pants in the lost property they did not and then said my son could not play in the play area with just his underpants on and would not allow him to play while I tried to dry his pants meaning my son had to walk half a mile back to my car with just underpants on with my daughter. I didnŌĆÖt understand why he couldnŌĆÖt play while I tried to dry his pants meaning I spent ┬Ż8 for them to play for 10 minuets.

Took my 5 year old and 2.5 year old recently.Whilst playing in the toddler baby section he fell from the triangle frame caught himself on something sharp and split his head open.One month on and his head is scarred and really sore.I was given a slip to say I could go back and play for free again.Doesnt seem to be worth it.They need to do maintenance on the equipment itŌĆÖs not safe at all.I was supervising and he still managed to get hurt,unsafe environment.
