We are happy to your services I will highly recommended to the people and we gonna deal with you again , one thing I would like to advise to all agent don't ever take the Al Eiman Al qibla hotel the dirtiest and ugly hotel ever in Medinah , the room was so dirty , bed bugs and the towel yakkkks mostly broken, the breakfast was so yakkkks nasty and dirty place , we paid for the breakfast but we never eat .

It would be really really useful to have been able to contact Gifto on a Sunday. My wife's mother died suddenly and my wife needed to reschedule her flight for the same day. The airline couldn't deal with it and Gifto were unavailable. 24/7 flights require a 24/7 contact number for emergencies. Not impressed.

NEVER USE THIS AGENCY. My mother used them to book flights for her to get to the Philippines. The day before flying she went to online check in where she found out that the her flights had been changed without her notification. Which led to a rush to get everything arranged. My mother is disabled and I was due to fly with her to accompany and ensure safe passage (I was booked on her original flights)

Gifto Travels, did nothing to help in the situation. They did not have a answer as to why she was not notified of her change in flight details. They did nothing to accommodate her disabled needs. All they did was end up ignoring our phone calls to try and get answers.

Disgusting company to deal with the worst customer service I can imagine.

I was tricked for 5 star package for umrah... The accommodation was not 5 star and travel they arranged was horrible and dangerous... We were unable to contact the travel agents who after being contacted were rude and insulting... Kids suffer during travel as we couldn't hear each other due to horrible noises inside the van!!

Please avoid them if u have families!!!
