Use to be once a week.lamb karahi,roghni nan and specially milk faloda r my best one there.but dont forget to try here papri chat.really fully pakistani touch....awesome atmosphere with nice staff nd service...only issue on Eid Days.you have to wait for table.but all together every time a good experience.....

The staff were very accommodating to simple requests

One of the best nihari. I try different places but that's the place where I love to come. Yes they need some improvements on serving side but food Is good

Legendry food. Been going there every 2 months from last 15 years. Personal service and proper desi food. Not at all like other indian / pakistani restaurant. We have Nihari and makhani dal with butter naan and look forward to having that again the moment we leave. Economical, tasty food served with a smile and personal service..... what is not to like. Love it love it and love it.

Everything was perfect !! Never fails to meet expectations !! Been going here for years !! Still happy !!! Only one piece of advice , I ordered jumbo prawn tikka which costed £14.50 and only was given 3 pieces of prawn which is not worth the money !!! But otherwise a splendid and perfect family meal

Absolutely Stunning food, always go to brum,with the family were the food is always average, its my first visit to Gifto's from South Wales and it defo won't be my last, started to recommend this place already, Delisssssh ���

The food was good as always disappointed don't do poppodams and pickles at the beginning as that's my fav but stopped it now...shame but overall food was good ....

I have been going to Gifto's for years and still like the food and service. Always attentive with hot lovely food, so no complaints. I agree parking around the restaurant is a headache, however I always try and get there for just after 8pm in any case. I live in Manchester and rate this restaurant highly so always go there when down in London �

Portion sizes are very small and very overpriced. Meat was tough, rice was mostly clumped together with barely any seasoning and the Naan were crispy rather than soft. Curries tasted quite samey.

Waited more than 45 minutes for tea after we'd eaten which turned up in polystyrene takeaway cups! lol

The layout and seating are brill and made the atmosphere good.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. We went on a Sunday and parking on all side roads is pay n display (max 2 hours) with the restrictions not ending until 8pm.



Went with family to eat a celebratory meal. I don't think we'll be returning as not worth the hour travel nor the price.

Great place & atmosphere, one staff was shouting loud could be heard from the other side of restaurant, friendly staff however asked 2 staff for additional items, went in one ear out of the other, asked a 3rd elderly gentleman who was good, starters were ok not the best as the lamb chops were not what I expected a bit overlooked,

Amazing food but service was so horrible! We just started eating our starters and the waiter is already putting the main on the table?? They really need to work on how to serve starters , main and desserts proper!

Staff is friendly, surrounding is nice, the service is quick but the food is not on par. Mix Grill was dry, everything on it was dry apart from seekh. The Karela Gosht was not 'karara' and the falooda was pants. Naan was good! Might give it another go once I have forgotten this experience.

Poor service ,lazy staff and cold food plus over cooked grill food. no taste nothing!!.the point is focus on these things rather than keep taking orders and welcoming more people .if u cant take care an order for each table then don't make ur place crowdy.... at last ppl paying for their food:)

Disappointed by the food, karahi gosht was just gosht handi, qeema naan was rubbish, seekh kebab were very dry, however samoosa and faluda were good. Overall disappointed experience

Poor service as they focus on taking order more than providing service on time. If u need assistance then u need to remind again and again... I ordered tandoori chicken but was not delivered till we finished our other food and when asked for bill it was added. When asked then just said sorry not a good customer satisfaction or complementary thing was provided. Even when asked for manager then staff lied and later when resisted then manager suddenly appeared from nowhere....very bad experience overall and the food was not up to the mark😡

My kids treat me to mother day dinner it was a disaster dinner they mix up the order and half of the food was uncooked will never go back stay away from the resutrant.

My advice to people don't west ur money go nice best food restaurant is crap m coming 4m Bradford Yorkshire all da way down this shit place to much expansive to much vry small handi mix grill eavrything is crap don't my advice to all 4 hours drive bradford to Southall this crap place but m really disappointed omg

I went for iftar buffet yesterday and Food and service both were really bad. Air conditioning wasn't working either. So surely not again! There are many other good options available so why waste your money!
