Gigshotz - Live Music Events Video And Photography Description

We are specialists in capturing the excitement of live music events. From a band doing a small gig, right up to a main stage performance at a large festival, we have the experience to capture the performance, the audience reaction, and the excitement

We generally shoot with 12 cameras, so every angle is covered, but if that isn’t required we also do compelling single camera shoots as well

There are very few situations where we haven’t already “been there, seen it done it” , but every project is one that we tackle with great enthusiasm and energy

The packages that we offer range from a single camera shoot, right up to a crew using single and dual control drones, jibs, cranes, tacks and dollies – we don’t use equipment just for the sake of it, if it’s not relevant to the situation we don’t suggest it. However, whatever you choose, we only shoot in full 4K video, so you can expect the very best in quality.

I'm videoing Rugfest Wallingford on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Will you be there? Time for a beer on Friday if you are there then!

Just recently had to start wearing glasses for close work. It seems to be a bit of a random affair. Am I doing it right?

Spriggan Mist did an amazing set at Rokefest 2019 ! They totally blew the audience away, and the addition of their besties - Jadoo's Jingles - made for a totally polished experience that the audience really enjoyed. Really nice people - a pleasure to video them This track is "Spell Maker" Please note - this is a re-post as there was a mistake in the original post

@Primitai's 10th anniversary of Srdjan and Guy fronting the band

Primitai are doing a special gig at Primitai, Hekz, Fury and Night Screamer + Born Again HM DJs event tomorrow night. They are headlining, and the main reason that they are doing it is because it celebrates 10 years of Guy Jonathan Paish Miller and Srdjan Bilić fronting the band I've been taking photos of them for 8 of those years. Here are some reminders of some of their gigs Do watch out for Guy's hair and beard changing over the years!

There is a bug in Facebook that means that if I post stills on this page, they automatically - and incorrectly - appear on the event pages that I manage
There is currently no way to delete these misplaced images, and as most of the events are family friendly, suddenly seeing pictures of Heavy Metal acts is not a great way to promote the events!
So, sorry, there won't be any photo updates on this page until FB fix this bug

Dry, fly-away hair? You need our revitalising, aqua, aloe, coconut conditioner - because you're worth it. (Sean Tibbetts of KAMELOT)

I was having a conversation with James, my son, about a band called Greta Van Fleet - were they a Led Zeppelin rip-off, or were they a new creative force? He reminded me that the same debate went on about Airbourne and AC/DC. This in turn reminded me that they really did put on a show when I saw them at Sonisphere. Security didn't know what to do, but the audience went wild!!

The band is called CHTHONIC 閃靈 (It comes from the Greek "From the underworld"). She is called Thunder Tears, he is called Freddy A new fashion trend for all my bass player mates?!

I was taking some high speed stills sequences of Flutatious for inclusion in a video. I took 3900 stills, here are 6 of them

Straight Eight are an outstanding funk/soul band with great musicians and singers. Check 'em out if you get a chance. The more observant of you may notice that Greg Sheffield is depping bass - he normally plays drums for Robert J. Hunter!

Straight Eight are the consummate professional band. I've seen them play at Marlow Rock bottom(See the video below) At the Rebellion Brewery annual music festival, and at various social events. The show is amazing-with sooo much class
