Gillams Tearooms

Came across this lovely place by chance and simply had to leave a review because it was one of the nicest tea rooms I have ever been to. It is cosy and inviting and gives that sort of lovely feeling that makes you want to curl up with a book and a blanket with the most wonderful tea I have ever tasted. The food is divine and the tea and coffee is heavenly.(yes the tea is amazing - since I said it twice I thought I'd say it against ) I think I could have spent all day looking at the various type of teas they sold. The staff were friendly and helpful too. What else can I say... This was a delightful find 😍

Good selection of teas, coffees and chocolates. The food looked good and we will eat there next time.

Fantastic veggie food. If you want full english breakfast or lunch, absolutely brilliant food. Great shop next door selling organic produce, good bread and lots of interesting food you won't find elsewhere.
Staff in the shop and restaurant treat customers like family, so welcoming.

Always lovely food and nice happy staff. A cute and cosy vegetarian cafe in Ulverston. Not much room for larger groups or prams.

Lovely traditional tea rooms. Vegetarian and Vegan so don't expect meaty fayre. Great value afternoon tea available in nice surroundings, but can get very busy.

It's a nice cozy tea room. They have good variety of food and deserts. Their coffee is not the best but their tea is very good.
