I help people who feel bloated and uncomfortable after they eat, just like I used to feel. Do you know anyone who might like to know about something like that?

This page is to provide people with information about Health and Fitness. You will find information about Herbalife and my Metabolic Fat Burning Classes. I am also starting a new class at Penny Lane Community Centre on 23rd April 2019. This class is called Nirvana and is a breathing programme wrapped around the flow of yoga and pilates.
