We are doing our bit for the NHS and we urgently seeking a team to help with NHS discharges to our Care Home. We will need a team to keep up with the demands we have and maintain the quality we have strived to acheive.

... - Bespoke Nursing Home specialising in Residential, Respite Care and Dementia Care - Located in Giltbrook, Nottingham, Near IKEA retail park. - Good public transport with bus stop outside of the home. - 2 Supermarkets close by within walking distance as well the Boots in Giltbrook. - CQC Rating Good. - Optimum (local authority) Excellent Practice Award. - We strive for and provide a high standard of care for our residents in an excellent well supported environment. - We deliver compassionate, person-centred residential, dementia, and respite care in a holistic manner.
About You:
- To join us as our it will be important for you to have demonstrative experience and good employment stability. - Competent in End of Life Care, Advanced Care Planning, Medication Management, Mental Capacity Assessment and Infection Control - Please be prepared for DBS, 3 references, full CV from last 10 years.

Dear Staff, Relatives, Residents and Wider Community
First of all thank you to all the staff, relatives, residents and our local community, including Eastwood Memory Cafe for all their support and hard work. We understand that this is a really difficult time for all.
We are following National and Local advice regarding the recent developments about COVD-19 carefully, and we are restricting all non-essential visitors, events and screening anyone coming into the home.
... We are advising social distancing as per government advice to ensure the safety of people above the age of 70 and those at risk.We do take the safety of all our community very seriously.
Please do not attend the Home if you are unwell in any way.
All visitors, including staff and relatives are to check in with the Nurse on duty before entering the home.
If you are unsure what you should do please message or call us.
We will keep you updated of any changes as well as posting some helpful links about support and advice during this time

We've had a busy afternoon 🥰 Our dementia lead Rachel has decorated one of our dining rooms and prepared a buffet for our lovely resident's surprise birthday tea with her family! She was over the moon ❤ Big thank you to the lovely Sue for making a beautiful cake ❤
