I can honestly say the stock quality of products and customer service is excellent.

Gina Ricci is great I've bought 2 Pairs of HB shoes from them which are comfortable, well fitting, durable and are smart casual, so I can wear at work home and out. I bought one pair in store and they put up with me taking about 1 hour to choose a pair. The other pair I bought online the shoe was a slightly narrower fit than my previous pair so they sent me another pair without even returning the first then i could try and both pairs decide which one I wanted before returning the pair I didn't want. They are so lovely and friendly and have some great shoes. Highly recommend!
