Whilst visiting Dublin on the 26.06.2017, we paid a visit to Gino's Crepe bar in Henry Street. We purchased Chocolate,Strawberry, banana and ice cream crepe each and they were delicious to say the least the staff seeing were extremely pleasant! For me my story does not end there. On route to Dublin airport I realised that I had lost my iPhone - I kind of guest I had left in Gino's because I had remembered putting it on the counter whilst I posed for a photo holding my crepe, taken by my friend. When we looked at the photo on her phone we could see the phone! On getting back to the UK we contacted Gino's and they confirmed that they had my phone. A young lady, Dina agreed to post the phone back to me. She took the time to go to the post office but they were not able to accept a mobile phone for postage . She then took it upon herself to get DHL to pick the phone up the following day and courier back to me. When i offered to pay the delivery charges, I was told the was not necessary and the cost of getting my phone back to me was not cheap and Gino's picked up the bill. She did not to have to do this she just thought as a representative of Gino's it was the right and kind thing to do! I will be eternally grateful for what she and her company did - this is what I call going the extra mile and beyond! Thank you so much to everyone involved - Noel

Went to the one in Manchester yesterday and it was delicious. Its very pricey sure, but it's a good treat with gorgeous flavours!

We nipped in to try out the new Chester parlour as we are fans of gelato and were not disappointed! Opting for the tubs, we tried various flavours and all were delicious (I can't recommend the Rocher flavour enough!). The customer service was great and the menu looks fab, next time we're going to try the waffles �.

The bueno ice cream and milkshakes are to die for� staff are lovely. The place is gorgeous and the ice cream is worth every penny! Never disappointed��

Really like the modern shop and the kids loved the colour changing lights on the ceiling. A great selection of flavours and the Gelato is really creamy and tasty. We loved it and will definitely be back soon for more!

It was nice rainy day. That tub of gelato made my day. Great flavors service with a smile. Don't agree with some of the negative comments. People calling it ice cream and expecting to cost peanuts. Sorry but no. As quality it can rival any good gelato from Italy. Naming places that sell it for 3 euro is just ridiculous because real gelato and goid one is up to 8 euros for 100g. Also overheads are astronomical for that location. Can we think that this is not ice cream which is made with whipped cream and favourings hence the higher profits. Gelato is more expensive to make. And if you don't mind have a look around and you will see other shops selling inferior quality for the same prices. So boo for the cheapscapes. You get what you paid for. In this case is handmade in small batches and really good. Yes you can find cheaper alternatives but ask yourself, is it real gelato and what you actually eat. If you want to pay for veg fat and that is right more fat for 99p go ahead but don't go around telling people is too much money. As for the service its new, staff too. Give them chance. For people who are not satisfied with the variety think wouldt be any more contempt wit even 100 varieties. If there were 50 to choose from sitting in the fridge for days because no one buys them fast enough would that make you happier. I don't think so. So stop judging and moaning for silly things. Just enjoy the life.

Ice cream was amazing lovely place modern and clean. Wish I had seen the sundae menu before I ordered as my 3year old would have loved the childrens sundae rather than a cone. Could do with a child size cone but all in all lovely

Had a pancake with strawberry and banana which was lovely. Also had a cappuccino which tasted delicious. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly.

During a walk in Chester I decided to taste one of their specialties. I discovered that they have a fantastic "Kinda crepe". I was very enthusiastic about the sympathy of the staff and the crepe ......I recommend to try

Best ice cream in the UK so creamy and fresh. The pancakes are brilliant too. The staff are very friendly and it's great that you can have a taste if your not sure which flavour to choose. I would highly recommend this place, in fact when we go out for lunch in Chester we always skip dessert at the restaurant and go to Ginos instead.

Absolutely Love the one in manchester. the oreo crepes are all time favourite. I keep meaning to try the waffle one but cant help but crave and order the oreo crepe instead whenever i walk in :P



The staff are very professional and love their excellent service. I will be coming again and again :D

Place was clean, food was lovely, we had a waffle and a crape.. the only thing was it was late evening and I went to the toilet which were 2 floors up and extremely scary as no lights on in the toilet area until you go in, anyone could be up there and there is no way of notifying anyone

Had a scoop of black forest gelato and it was gorgeous lovely inside to and staff were nice defo visit again when were in chester:D
