Welcome to GirlFit Liverpool! Specialising in all aspects of female fitness we work with Women of all ages, to understand how together we can make the changes you want to your lifestyle.

As a busy mum of two, I understand the demands and stresses of everyday life. I know how it feels when you have to fight to squeeze in time for yourself, and believe it or not how good it feels when you do find the time.

Here at GirlFit Liverpool we offer a range of 1 – 1 personal training packages that are tailored to you. These include health checks, nutrition, quality weight loss management programmes, Bumps to Biceps (pre and postnatal training programmes), GP Referral exercise programmes and strength training programmes. We also offer group training.

How we work is designed to help you look and feel fabulous, to have confidence to wear that LBD that’s been hanging in the wardrobe for far too long. We do this by helping you overcome the barriers that lie between you and the dress.

Terrified of the gym? No problem, GirlFit Liverpool will come to you and it’s not all about wearing lycra! Our training programmes will help build your confidence and ability. Ultimately, you will be working out the way you have always wanted to and achieving your goals.

We believe women of all ages should have the confidence to exercise with the best of them! To workout in a way that works for them. Whether that is lifting weights, swinging kettlebells, bench pressing or HITT – whatever you want to do we will help you do it!
