Girlington Taxis

Very happy regular; Girlington are always on time, fairly priced and the drivers are always lovely. Was overcharged by one driver which I revealed in conversation with HQ whilst booking another pickup. Gentleman named Shaid called me from HQ, was beyond professional, just to clarify the situation and reimburse the difference in credit. :)

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely rude on the phone and disgusting customer service. They act like they're the only taxi service in Bradford, when they are in fact buried beneath many better ones. They have lost out on a lot of business because they can't answer simple questions without shouting or insulting their customer. A complete disgrace!

Peanuts and monkeys
Drivers disheartened and unhappy .
Although service fast and cheap .
Drivers are the point of contact and if they are not making a good living they cannot give service with a smile no matter how hard they try. Management need to make sure drivers make a good living if they want their business to flourish .
Cars very basic and tatty . Self employed drivers cannot have good clean cars if earning peanuts.

If you pay peanuts you get monkeys ....
