Our technology is a plugin which integrates with Retailers & E-Commerce websites, to transform any difficulty giftable product (e. g. a clothes, books, shoes, furniture…) into a personal and flexible gift experience. So how does it work, you're wondering?*For Customers*Imagine yourself trying to buy a gift for your cousin on H& M for example, and you face one of the following problems: 1. She already has everythingWe created Givee to solve these problems. -> Underneath the "Add to Basket" button on all your favourite shops, you click on our "Send as E-Gift" button-> You choose to send your gift by whatsapp / facebook / text / email, set the date & pay-> On their birthday, they open they open your gift virtually: they can either confirm it if they like it, change their size and colour, or even exchange it for any other gift of the same price range. -> They then enter their delivery details, and the gift they confirmed is sent straight to their doorstep. *For Retailers*-> Our technology integrates seamlessly with your systems, without any changes to your website: all it requires is 1-line of JavaScript. -> We take care of the whole customer journey, from the buyer clicking the "E-Gift" button, to the receiver confirming their favourite gift, and communicate which product was selected to your back-end. -> You see your gift sales increase by 20% , and gift returns decrease by 40% .
