Following on from our last post here are the results from Toms car with the AET K03 hybrid turbo, great figures for a standard valve train & camshafts

Toms Corsa VXR recently built in house returning home. Tom came to us after having the engine forged elsewhere where it returned smokey and low on compression. Full strip down and inspection revealed all. We then began machining and rebuilding the engine fully to start a fresh where she’s gone on to make more power than Before 👌

Absolutely love working alongside Gizfab something sparks an idea and soon it’s in prototype and then production, more Vauxhall goodies in development too 😎

Another Astra VXR in for an M32 gearbox rebuild, helix stage 1 clutch, and 4H tech short shifter

A couple of Astra VXRs in recently one for a check over after being purchased recently the other in for a suspension freshen up

Anyone see what’s missing? 🧐 sealer everywhere too. Not just bodged up engines we find there’s a lot of these kicking around too.

The Astra VXR we had in a few weeks ago returning for a Piper 3 inch exhaust, high flow inlet manifold, GizFab M32 breather kit and a remap from RND Motorsport making a nice healthy 305bhp on a without crazy levels of boost 👌 Spec Stock engine Stock GM VXR turbo Stock actuator ... Standard injectors & fuel pump High flow inlet manifold 3 inch piper exhaust GizFab intake & boost pipework Nevlock performance front mounted intercooler kit.

A Z16LER short motor built up this week ready to be shipped back to another company. -Wossner pistons -FCP connecting rods -ACL bearings -Rebuilt oil pump... -Block torque plate rebored and honed, decked, oil check valve & core plugs removed and replaced, acid tanked then ultrasonically cleaned and painted without painting internal galleries as we often see elsewhere. -oil pump housing and oil cooler housing ultrasonically cleaned and inspected

Two Astra VXRs in over the weekend one for H&R lowering springs the other in for valve stem oil seals and a GizFab catch can 😎

A repeat customer returning this week for a timing belt and water pump change on there standard Astra VXR. As usual genuine GM parts used throughout, we cater for most aspects of the VXR range from servicing, diagnostics and repairs to ECU remapping, performance upgrades & engine rebuilds 🔧

Something you might not know about us is we also offer other ranges of services including vapour blasting and ultrasonic cleaning in house at competitive prices, the pistons have been ultrasonically cleaned and the oil filter housing has been vapour blasted then stripped and ultrasonically cleaned. This is perfect for places you cannot reach manually.

An absolute stunner of a Red low mileage Astra H VXR in for stem seal replacement, it’s rare to see an VXR these days in such immaculate condition let alone a red one with such great paintwork.
