So glad I came across the owner of Gladstones at a Wedding Fair at Skidby Mill last week. I needed my old Wedding Ring replacing but I fancied something a bit different. Today I was not dissappointed when I visited their shop on Holderness Road. Found just the one I wanted and at such a reasonable price. Service offered was incredible. Such a helpful chap. On top of that I took in a little bag of old broken bits of gold jewellry which I then also recieved a very reasonable price for. Highly delighted with my sales and purchase. Would never go into the City Centre now without visiting this little 'gem' of a place first....

The staff were all friendly and talked us through all of the different options available for both our rings, allowing us considerable amounts of time trying the rings on. When we finally decided on our perfect rings, we asked for them to be ready for later in the year. The staff were very accommodating to us and even suggested we meet outside a local wedding fair to collect our completed rings. This saved us a considerable amount of time travelling through to Hull. We have received an excellent service from start to finish and we are so happy to have chosen this family run business. We picked up our rings last weekend at York Racecourse and they are everything we hoped they would be. Thank you so much for a quick and efficient service. We had wedding and eternity rings made and we were given the time to choose and perfect our designs so we have a unique product which is just right for us. All that and they are cheaper than the high street jewellers. Highly recommended.

I took a piece of costume jewellery in for a new clasp to be put on the lady did it while I waited at no charge. In this day and age I feel this is super customer service and should be praised for it, would recommend them to anyone
