A) Payment terms for all goods supplied/services carried out by Gleamin’ Glazin’ Window Cleaning is on a payment upon completion basis unless a quote/works schedule is issued by the same, stating otherwise. Not being VAT registered there is no legal requirement/obligation for Gleamin’ Glazin’ Window Cleaning Ltd to issue invoices. Should you wish for goods/services to be carried out on an account/invoiced basis, prior written agreement from Gleamin’ Glazin...’ Window Cleaning will be required.
The General Data Protection Regulations became law on 25 May 2018. In order to operate it is necessary for Gleamin’ Glazin’ Window Cleaning to hold certain personal information about you such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc, whether stored in paper or electronic systems, and to use those details to contact you as necessary regarding the provision of our services using such methods as telephone, text messaging and email. Your acceptance of quotes, and the provision of ongoing services, will constitute consent to such data storage and usage whilst you are a customer of Gleamin’ Glazin’ Window Cleaning Your data will not be shared with any third party without your express consent unless I am required to do so by law or in order to recover outstanding debts.

They say that solar panels are “self-cleaning” but if you look at your panels from as flat an angle as you can look how dirty they actually get. This leads to a drop in efficiency so if yours are dusty, dirty or have bird poop on them consider a clean. Call Andy on 07512139308 for a quote.

This won’t apply to many people and if it’s not you please disregard it. So, a 4 weekly clean means 13 cleans per year. (6 weekly=8 cleans and 8 weekly=6 cleans) Please accept that I work in all weathers, all year. If you need to cancel on occasion that’s fine but if it becomes a habit I will have to withdraw you from my round. Sometimes it’s unavoidable that something happens for you or the weather is really too bad for me. However I will endeavour to keep you to your slot... as much as possible but if your 4 weekly clean is a week late it will still be due on the 4 week slot otherwise my round is unmanageable. You will still have 13 cleans per year. I’m a good quality, reliable, value for money window cleaner but at the end of the day it’s my livelihood so I appreciate your understanding and for helping me to keep those windows Gleamin’ for you. Many people don’t realise that there are Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in their tap water and whilst it is fine to drink it’s rubbish for cleaning windows. The water out of my tap contains approximately 250 parts per million of TDS and I have to reduce that to below 10 ppm to clean windows. Ask for a demo next time you see me.
