Refunds
... If you are not happy with your nails, please make me aware of it before you pay. I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS will be given after you have left the treatment room.
No show
If you have booked an appointment and haven't let me know in advance of not coming for your appointment for any reason, you will not be offered any more appointments in the future without paying a 50% deposit (non refundable with less than 24 hours notice) towards your next appointment cost in case of repeated No show. 15 minutes late or more is considered as a no show and I won't be able to make the appointment (unless I've been informed of client running late due to unforced circumstances).
Guarantee
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment; excluding breakages. In an unlikely event of losing an enhancement or noticing chips or lifting in the first seven days, please call me to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are £3 each. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

Lovely lady, very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Love the chocolate wax and the smell of the oil used after is amazing. Will defo be making her my regular eyebrow waxer as she has done a wonderful job and hopefully will book in to have my nails done when I grow some. Thanks again Hun! xx

Kristine is fab! Never had gel extensions before and always has acrylics but these are far better! She takes her time to make sure they are perfect and advises you the best for your needs. She makes you feel welcome in her home and is great at what she does. Thanks again I love them xx

I was lucky one time to have Kristine to do my waxing and nails. Yeah it hurt it always does, but never as little as when she did this, she was gentle and I guess has the special touch. If I didn't live in Norway I know who I would go to! The nails were also great, and lasted a long time! Definitely recommend her!

I loved it :) very patient with me and gentle (as gentle as you can be with a waxing) reassured me and very patient. I will deffo be coming back even with this being my first ever wax on both legs and down there :) xx

I had a wonderful make over. Hair coloured and styled eyebrows done make up and nails too. Kristina is very nice and doesn't rush any off it and it shows in the finish. Would recommend to anyone

Had pedicure, waxing and eyebrows done by this lady, she's very gentle and friendly, makes you feel comfortable. Usually waxing is something painful and not very pleasant, but if it's done by her, it's even fun, unfortunately now I live in Germany and can't visit too often but I highly recommend, you won't regret, whatever she does is absolutely great!!!

Beautiful nails by the lovely Christina. I've been to some expensive salons and can honestly say my nails have never had the attention and time spent on them as Christina has done today. They are very short and brittle with poor skin condition. Generally I am embarrassed to have them on show. Today I am showing everyone. Thank you so much i can highly recommend xx
