Really sorry to hear of your bad experience Derrick and thank you for bringing it to our attention. The member of staff in question no longer works for us. Please drop by the salon and verify yourself and I will give you free 60 minute sunbed course as a good will gesture! We always try to provide the best service possible in Billericay but some things are beyond our 100 % control. I hope you understand.
