A group of wedding professionals have got together to form the Gloucestershire Wedding Professionals.

Their aims are to increase awareness of the wedding market in the county and to promote good practice among its members thereby offering quality, choice and reliability to brides locally.

The wedding market has grown in size throughout the country and county and with it the number of suppliers has increased, many of whom very often don’t carry the insurances and safeguards, so essential for all businesses.

All the members of the Gloucestershire Wedding Professionals Group have been invited to join based on their experience, recommendations and reputation. To belong to the organisation businesses have to prove that they have the requisite business insurance have a successful business history and offer excellent service. Where necessary, references will be taken to prove quality and reliability.

It is the aim of the group to cover every facet of the wedding day, providing services and knowledge so important for the success of a wedding and to take away the worry and anxiety felt by so many brides. It aims to give couples peace of mind, so that they and their guests can enjoy their ‘special day’.

The group has a wealth of experience and can offer couples valuable advice in the lead up to their wedding and in some cases on the actual day itself.
