For #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek the theme has been #BodyImage but lots of things impact on our mental health. We're loving this image from @YoungMindsUK Questions I wish my parents had asked me #Take20

We're slightly hijacking the #MentalHealthAwareness theme on #BodyImage by sharing this from Thinkuknow on sharing nude/part nude #selfies - it's all part of the big picture, right? http://ow.ly/K4Gy30oICrl

Don’t forget to check out our Opportunities Page. Our staff work hard to find great local opportunities for young people 16-18 who are not in education, employment or training. Like, share, mention- please.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATION THROUGH OUR OFFICIAL SYSTEM- Please use link below for full details opn how to apply.
We have recently received a small amount of funding to run some holiday hunger sessions during the school holidays. The programme of sessions will support those families that may struggle to find the additional financial resource to provide healthy breakfast, lunches and dinners, and aims to empower them to manage the pressures associated with... family nutrition, finances and well-being, as well as providing an opportunity for socialising with others and activities within their local community.
We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator to support the development and delivery of this new programme within Gloucestershire. The role will involve recruiting, training and supporting a team of volunteers to deliver a 5-day programme within the School holidays, providing a nutritious breakfast and lunch, as well as fun learning activities, for children (5 to 11 year olds) and their parents/carers. It is initially a fixed-term position (12-months). If you or anyone you know might be interested in the role please click on/share the link below.

This week is #MentalHealthAwareness week. The theme is #BodyImage - we all know that body image can have an impact on how we feel about ourselves and the media pays a large part in this - especially now that so many of us have access to filters and image manipulation tools in the palm of our hands. This video is an oldie but a goodie and shows how far images can be manipulated
