Please just check to see if these are your children who call themselves DA3 Active. if so please keep a bit more of an eye on them as they entered a farm on 1/7/19 and caused damage to the buildings with spray cans. if they are not your children but you know who they are please speak to them.

What a wonderful weekend, and weren’t we lucky with the weather? Everyone seemed to have an enjoyable time. Special thanks to all our amazing staff, friends and volunteers. We couldn’t do it without you! Also, a big shout out to Broadditch Farm Shop for the loan of their trailers for the tractor trailer rides. Thank you all for visiting our farm and being so interested in what we do here. It was great to see all our regulars and lovely to see so many new faces. Come and see ...us again soon.

So for those of you that went along to the NAG and Hartley Cricket Club Family Fun day and tried to guess the weight of the Sow who was with her piglets - the answer was 250 kilos. Winner of the family ticket for the Hartley Country Fair which is being held at Glover's this weedend was the Dear Family. Come along on Saturday 8th or Sunday 9th June and have another go - different pig so I haven't given the game away! Go the the Glover's Farm Website for details of the weekend.

One of our Nectar Flower areas under Countryside Stewardship, looking lovely in the sunshine yesterday, and doing just what it should. The air was humming with hundreds of bees.

We took advantage of this lovely spell of warm weather to make our first lot of haylage this year. The men worked late last night and back in the fields again first thing this morning to get it all wrapped up before the rain comes over.
