We 💙 hearing about our swimmers achievements outside their lessons. Jameela currently swims with us at Shaw Hill Hotel, she recently took part in a School Swimming Gala and smashed it! Here’s what her mum had to say...
This week Jameela took part in her Infant School Swimming Gala. She won every race and her team came 1st over all. Her stroke was perfect and I was so proud of her. Other parents commented on how good she was. The work that Megan has done to build Jameela’s ...technique has been amazing and it’s obviously paying off. Jameela has got stronger and more confident in every one of her strokes.

Edie Marie Glover was born on 1st May 2019 at 5.07pm weighing 8lb 2oz!
Thank you for everyone’s kind wishes throughout Jess’s pregnancy! We are absolutely besotted and overjoyed she’s here 💕

You may have seen the video we posted of Stanley and his amazing achievements a couple of weeks back. He’s now doing even better! From being reluctant to getting in the water he’s able to swim 5 metres front and back paddle and is now starting to work to some stage 3 skills! The only problem is that he’s now he wants to spend more time underneath the water the water than on top!
Stanley, you are most deserving of your “Swimmer of the Month” award! Keep trying hard Mr! 🏅

It’s that time of the year... who’s guilty of this? 🙈🙋🏻‍♀️

Lewis was quite scared of the water and wouldn't do much if you werent within reaching distance of him. He will now cannonball into the pool, he can swim 5m with front crawl arms, kick 20m backstroke with a board. Can sink push and glide and swim on the bottom and do a seated dive!
Ellie, Lewis’ mum has said: “Lewis has come on so much, I never thought he would be able to swim as he does, especially with his struggles & Autism! B...ig thanks to Jess who started it and Jake for persevering and making the lessons unique for Lewis.”
Lewis, your a superstar and totally deserving of Swimmer of the Month! Keep swimming!

Luke, we are super proud of you buddy! ⭐️
This is what Megan has to say about Luke: Despite his disability he always tries his best, the hard work he’s put into his swimming has really shown particularly with the improvement of his front crawl side breathing. He has gained so much confidence in the last few weeks. He’s great fun to teach!
... I’m sure Luke’s parents won’t mind us sharing how important this achievement is for Luke, so much so that he fell asleep with his medal round his neck! 🙈😍
